We begin by dividing the total square footage of your roof into individual sections from composite roof plans or drawings, creating a map and assigning a letter to each section. An accumulated total square footage of the roof will be evaluated for moisture - the survey of total roof space will evaluate content as having either a high moisture reading of greater than or equal to 50% or a low moisture content of between 0 and 50%.

The individual interpretation of each roof section will include both a text summary of our findings, as well as a color drawing of each roof section which clearly designates locations of both high and low moisture readings.
